Jim and Berna are natives to the Grand Junction area. (born and raised). William Wharton is THE CHEF (15+ years of experience)! William is talented, skilled and gifted in his ability to cook and prepare food, making each event or plate beautiful and tasty (he’s a natural). He works hard to achieve excellence. If you’ve been to any of his events, you’ll remember it, they are stunning. We’ve been told by guest and client our food is a step above the rest.  Jim & Berna manage the affairs, as well as assisting in each event, making sure all goes well. We proudly say that since we have opened, our guests have made us feel really great about the services we are providing, and our clientele is growing by word of mouth.
